The dress is double layered so you can buy white. I am 5’7 (140 pounds) & medium fit perfectly. I am a US size 6 (sometimes 4) my measurements are 34B- 28-39. I could’ve went for a small actually, but it would’ve been much shorter. I would say US 6-8 medium, sizes under small, sizes over large. Can be worn with or without bra.
